What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for research customers, ensuring their needs are met
  • Develop a deep understanding of research products and workflows to assist researchers effectively
  • Provide front-line customer support, including diagnosis and guidance for research clients
  • Own issue intake, triage, and escalation, collaborating with Research and Development teams for timely resolutions
