Position Title: Early Career Rotational Program – Engineering Graduates

Location: Houston, La Porte, Nederland, TX

Are you a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate looking for a hands‑on start to your career? Swagelok Southeast Texas is offering a two‑year Early Career Rotational Program designed to give you real‑world experience across multiple areas of our business.

What You’ll Experience

Sales Exposure: Learn how engineering knowledge is applied in technical sales, from inside support to outside account management.

Operations Insight: Rotate through Warehouse, Purchasing, and Planning/Scheduling to see how products and solutions move from design to customer delivery.

Applied Engineering: Collaborate with our Custom Solutions and technical teams to understand system design, fluid system components, and customer applications.

At the end of the program, participants will be placed into a full‑time engineering or technical sales role, depending on performance and business needs.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
