A leading foodservice provider in Ontario is seeking an E-Pay/WFM Support specialist to assist with time and attendance applications, train users, and collaborate with the Payroll Department. Candidates should be bilingual (French/English) with two years of experience in payroll and time management software. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently are essential. Job Summary

Now, if you were to come on board as our E-Pay/WFM Support we’d ask you to do the following for us:

  • Support time and attendance application
  • Train new users on the use of the time and scheduling attendance software
  • Export time and attendance data for upload for Payroll processing
  • Troubleshoot system and application issues working with Vendor and I.T.
  • Test and implement new versions and upgrades to the time and attendance software
  • Provide support to the Payroll Department for various functions
What we’re looking for
  • Must be Bilingual (French/English)
  • Customer Service experience
  • Experience with time and attendance software (2 yrs)
  • Excel skills at an intermediate level
  • Payroll Experience (2 yrs)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Familiarity with JD Edwards or similar ERP systems
  • Familiarity with UKG Work Force Management is an asset
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
