Location: Central Singapore, near the Outram / Tiong Bahru area (within walking distance to MRT)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: SGD 2,700 - 3,400/month (Junior to Mid-Level Executive)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings on our website and major online marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, TikTok Shop).
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost online sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate pricing across all platforms.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges efficiently.
• Work closely with your team to improve e-commerce operations and deliver a stellar customer experience.
