As a Drywaller/Painter (Internally known as a Drywaller I), you'll be part of a team that transforms damaged or unfinished spaces into beautiful, ready-to-live environments. You'll continue to learn the craft, build your skills in drywall installation and finishing, and take pride in work that truly makes a difference.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DRYWALLER/PAINTER

As a Drywaller/Painter, you bring walls to life. You'll measure, cut, and install drywall, patch and prep surfaces, and help create clean, flawless finishes that stand out. You'll master techniques that turn rough spaces into polished results. You'll keep job sites organized, handle tools and materials safely, and stay focused on quality from start to finish. Every day is an opportunity to build your skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and see the direct results of your craftsmanship.

Qualifications
  • Some experience in construction, renovation, or restoration preferred
  • Experience in drywall, painting, framing, or related trades an asset
  • Proficient in using mobile devices and relevant applications
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, organized, and eager to learn hands-on trade skills
  • Valid full class driver's license and clear driver's abstract depending on business needs
  • Fit test and other safety certifications
  • Must be able to work overtime, on weekends and participate in rotating on-call schedule
  • Ability to complete work activities that may involve material handling, lifting, climbing, and the use of personal protective equipment including respirators, safety footwear, and other required gear
