A leading facilities services company is looking for a Janitor to maintain cleanliness at the Mt-Milligan Mine. You will be responsible for cleaning various premises and ensuring a safe work environment. Ideal candidates should have custodial experience and be flexible in working hours. Drivers' license and knowledge of cleaning procedures are advantageous. The position offers a 2-week contract with shifts of 10 hours per day, along with a starting hourly wage of $22.00.
Driver - Mt-Milligan (McLeod Lake) (78900001)
Contract position in remote site. You must make your way to Prince George at your own expense. Driver's license Class 5 is required for this position. Free shuttle bus from Prince George. Rotation: 2-week contract. From March 18th to March 28th. Shift: 10 hours per day – (may change upon the occupation of the site). Hourly wage: $22.00 based on an average 10-hour shift. Accountable to the Supervisor/Manager for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of camp, office buildings, mill, crusher, and the Sodexo, warehouse, truck shop, assay lab and various outbuildings around site. To promote the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, and fulfilment for all clients, treating everyone with respect and encouraging participation in all tasks.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Specific physical characteristics and abilities are required to perform the work, such as agility, dexterity and long period of walking, standing, bending carrying or lifting supplies and equipment weighing 50 pounds or more
