The Domestic Assistant role involves working alongside your colleagues to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in the residents' rooms and all communal areas. This will help to reinforce the provision of a clean and healthy environment where residents feel valued, respected, and retain their individuality and dignity.
