The Domestic Assistant role involves working alongside your colleagues to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in the residents' rooms and all communal areas. You will need to be adaptable, approachable, and prioritize resident care at all times, actively promoting continuous improvement in all areas. This will help to reinforce the provision of a clean and healthy environment where residents feel valued, respected, and retain their individuality and dignity. You will continuously assess the domestic needs of the residents and work to deliver the highest standards that make a true difference to their lives.

This approach should reinforce the provision of a clean and healthy environment in which our residents are valued, respected and retain their individualism and dignity. You will continually assess the domestic needs of all residents. Through the adherence to all policies and procedures you and your colleagues will ensure delivery of the highest standards that make a true difference to each of our residents, contributing to the ongoing fulfilment of their lives.
