Moosehead Breweries Limited is Canada’s last major brewer still proudly owned by Canadians. Headquartered in Saint John, New Brunswick, we’ve remained family-owned by the Oland family since our founding in 1867.

We are currently recruiting for a District Sales Manager (DSM) – Northeastern Ontario to lead a team of Territory Managers across all trade channels to achieve volume and margin goals. The DSM will coach, develop, and align the team to drive sales growth of Moosehead and partner brands in retail, on‑premise, and special event channels.

What you’ll do
  • Achieve annual volume and profit targets
  • Lead, coach, and manage the Toronto District Sales team to drive performance
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and development of sales staff
  • Conduct performance reviews for the sales team
  • Drive business development with LCBO, grocery, and on‑premise partners
  • Dedicate time to in‑market coaching and training
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales, Key Account Manager, and the team on customer strategies
  • Implement new sales techniques to grow profit
  • Manage cost budgets within plan
  • Lead all sales team calls and meetings
  • Foster entrepreneurial thinking and creative problem solving
  • Develop processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide market insights to support brand and sales strategy
What you’ll need
