The District Asset Protection Manager is responsible for executing Sephora’s Asset Protection strategies across multiple store locations within their designated district. Their primary goal is to safeguard the company’s assets including the property, products, personnel, and brand reputation, while minimizing loss due to theft, fraud and operational inefficiencies. The District Asset Protection Manager plays a critical role in maintaining the security and integrity of the company’s assets while striving to achieve district shrink goals.
The compensation ranges between CAD$87,900 - CAD93,100. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
