The Role

As our client's Director of Operations, you'll be at the helm of their Canadian operations, focusing on Safety, Quality, Manufacturing, and Project Management. Your strategic leadership will drive manufacturing excellence and project efficiency. You'll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure on-budget and on-time project delivery.

Qualifications
  • Years of progressive experience in an OEM-based, engineering, and manufacturing environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (a secondary or graduate degree in Business Administration is a plus).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive performance and build effective teams.
  • Proficiency in areas such as supply chain, estimating, change management, strategic planning, project management, and P&L is considered an asset
  • Knowledge of Job Costing, Bills of Materials, and ERP systems is considered an asset.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written) with strong customer service orientation.
