Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
  • Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
  • Manage preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, grant, and funding requirements
  • Partner with the executive team on strategic financial planning and organizational growth initiatives
  • Oversee audits, tax filings, and relationships with external auditors and financial institutions
  • Implement process improvements and strengthen internal controls
  • Mentor and develop finance staff to support professional growth and high performance
