About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, business-minded individual who thrives on challenges and can take ownership of the company’s financial direction. Core responsibilities include full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, and delivering insights that influence long-term strategies and outcomes.

How you will contribute to the team

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning by analyzing performance, managing risks, setting sales targets, and developing budgets.
• Oversee full cycle accounting operations, including AP/AR, general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial statement preparation.
• Manage cash flow, job costing, capital investment analysis, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labour laws and government reporting requirements.
• Conduct financial analysis, prepare forecasts, and deliver insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Supervise and guide accounting and administrative staff while ensuring strong internal controls, audits, and IT finance systems are maintained.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and support strategic and operational initiatives.
