We are rapidly expanding into North America (US & Canada), Australia, and the Middle East, and are seeking a Director of Business Development to lead our growth across these regions.

We are rapidly expanding into North America (US & Canada), Australia, and the Middle East, and are seeking a Director of Business Development to lead our growth across these regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute UnlockLand’s go-to-market strategy in the US, Canada, Australia, and the Middle East.
- Identify and establish partnerships with developers, real estate funds, financial institutions, and governments in these markets.
- Forge relationships with construction firms, housing authorities, and PropTech / FinTech ecosystems.
- Collaborate with accelerators, investment funds, and government initiatives (e.g., Saudi Vision 2030, Australian housing reform).
- Build and scale a B2B SaaS enterprise sales pipeline across multiple regions.
- Deliver measurable ARR growth through strategic deals and multi-country accounts.
- Support executive leadership in fundraising, investor relations, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Represent UnlockLand at global PropTech events, trade shows, and investor summits.
- Recruit and manage regional BD managers / representatives in target markets.
- Develop scalable playbooks for international BD teams.
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales in SaaS, PropTech, or real estate / finance.
- Proven track record of international expansion (preferably US, Canada, Australia, or Middle East).
- Strong network in real estate, construction, housing finance, or government relations.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles and ability to navigate complex stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, cross-cultural communication, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with startup growth pace, ambiguity, and global travel.
- Bonus: Familiarity with housing regulations, zoning frameworks, or smart city initiatives.
