We’re seeking a strategic and driven Director, Business Development & Partnerships to join our Marketing & Growth team. In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll design and execute B2B strategies that unlock revenue growth, foster meaningful partnerships, and help HRPA deliver extraordinary value to the HR community. This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader who thrives in consultative sales, builds long-term client relationships, and knows how to motivate a high-performing team.
Location: Toronto (Hybrid) | Type: Full-Time Contract (12 to 15 months)
Salary: $120,000–$130,000 | Benefits: 10% in lieu of benefits / RRSP
