Territory Sales Manager – Greater Quebec City Area

What you will do
  • Meet with distributors, engineering firms, installers, end users, and other potential partners in the Greater Quebec City area to understand their needs and present our compressed‑air solutions.
  • Build long‑term partnerships by providing expert advice and reliable support.
  • Support distributors in optimizing the performance, efficiency, and safety of their customers’ compressed‑air systems.
  • Train distributors on Topring’s product range, conduct joint visits with their representatives, and manage the existing portfolio with a focus on expanding product offerings and sales programs.
  • Communicate with end‑users to assess their use of compressed air and provide technical advice on possible solutions.
  • Represent Topring at industry events and tradeshows, network with key players, and identify new business opportunities.
What we are seeking
  • Solid experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in the industrial, manufacturing, or technical sector.
  • Strong interest in technical solutions: you don’t need to be an engineer, but you are comfortable learning and explaining technical concepts.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and distributors.
  • Skilled at delivering presentations and training sessions in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Analytical mindset to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Autonomy and strong organizational skills to effectively manage your territory and priorities.
  • Motivation to contribute to the growth of an SME and to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in French (spoken and written) and good knowledge of English to interact with certain partners.
  • Valid driver’s license and mobility to travel frequently.
  • Important: Only candidates legally authorized to work in Canada will be considered.
Position requirements

The position requires that you reside in the Quebec City area, on the north side of the St. Laurent River, as frequent travel in this region is necessary to meet customers. Topring’s head office is located in Granby, Quebec, where a few in‑person team meetings take place each year — a great opportunity to strengthen connections with your colleagues. Outside of travel, you will be able to work from home.

  • You will join our sales team of 14 people based across Quebec and Ontario, reporting to the Regional Sales Director based in Quebec.
  • You will collaborate with colleagues from various departments, including customer support, procurement, technical, administration, marketing, warehouse, and talent & culture. The Topring team is made up of 75 passionate and experienced people with complementary strengths and diverse interests.
  • Even though the title in French is *Directeur de territoire*, this role does not involve team‑management responsibilities but rather the management and development of a territory.
