Requirements
- Expertise in networking: VLAN, VPN, Firewall, enterprise Wi‑Fi.
- Proficient with servers: Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, virtualization.
- Development knowledge: familiarity with HTML, CSS, JS, and APIs.
- Cybersecurity skills: experience with MFA, monitoring, and vulnerability management.
- Familiarity with corporate tools: Microsoft 365, ERP, POS, ticketing systems.
- Recommended certifications include ITIL 4 Foundation, CompTIA Security+, CISSP (asset), CCNA/Fortinet NSE, and PMP or Scrum Master.
- Management competencies such as leadership, communication, prioritization, and team management.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for broader audiences.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cybersecurity measures.
- Manage the IT department, handling support, maintenance, and interventions.
- Lead a team of web developers, assigning and prioritizing projects effectively.
- Ensure compliance with Canadian regulations (such as Law 25, PCI, and audits), and develop and implement IT security policies.
- Collaborate with various Casino departments to establish their IT structure.
- Handle technological projects, budgets, and timelines.
- Encourage the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance casino operations.
- Drive IT projects across all areas of the casino.
- Support executive management in digital transformation, aligning IT strategy with business objectives.
- Act as a project manager and analyst for software development initiatives.
- Monitor budgets and ensure the financial viability of tech projects.
- Design and manage network architecture and IT infrastructure.
- Oversee software licensing and compliance to optimize costs.
- Ensure continuity, redundancy, and stability of critical systems.
- Manage IT hardware needs and acquisitions.
- Develop, implement, and uphold IT policies and procedures.
