Acro Commerce is looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist, someone who can drive qualified leads and conversions by developing and managing data‑driven campaigns across a variety of digital channels but predominantly via LinkedIn and connected TV (CTV) platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing data‑driven strategies to attract, engage, and convert qualified leads on LinkedIn and CTV platforms contributing directly to our sales pipeline and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of LinkedIn's platform, best practices, and analytics, as well as a strong grasp of B2B marketing principles.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will work as part of a small, agile team and be an integral part of how Acro Commerce’s message is communicated to the world.

Responsibilities
  • Creating and executing full‑funnel digital media campaigns that align with marketing and sales objectives.
  • Building, launching, optimizing, and maintaining demand generation campaigns predominantly using LinkedIn.
  • Building and launching CTV campaigns utilizing data‑driven insights to target audiences.
  • A/B testing and optimizing to improve conversion rates.
  • Data analysis and reporting, and the ability to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and use data to inform decision‑making.
  • Producing weekly/monthly reports covering fq all paid media channels and performance data.
  • Collaborating with copywriting and design to build best‑in‑class digital ads.
  • Working collaboratively, coordinating, and communicating with internal and external partners to provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign strategy and performance.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest LinkedIn algorithm updates, best practices, and emerging trends in B2B digital marketing.
  • Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies, and making recommendations of new partners, software, techniques, and tactics with relevant stakeholders.
  • Liaising with the Digital, Platform Partners (Google/ Meta), réussite
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of hands‑on experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role managing predominantly B2B paid LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Proven track record of successfully generating qualified leads and driving revenue growth through LinkedIn.
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn's platform, including advertising, organic content, and community engagement.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other marketing automation tools-piece
  • Deep understanding of the CTV ecosystem, including platforms, ad formats, targeting capabilities, and measurement solutions.
  • Previous experience in an agency or e‑commerce environment is essential.
  • Proven experience in paid social and paid search platform operations and media buying, including targeting, retargeting, A/B testing and conversion optimization.
  • Proven experience in designing and successfully executing results‑based performance media campaigns.
  • Understanding of best practices among landing pages and SEO optimization.
  • The ability to provide and develop in‑depth, actionable reports on campaign performance.
  • The ability to leverage data and deliver ROI‑driven performance results.
  • The ability to accurately track and maintain budgets across campaigns andҩы multiple platforms.
  • The ability to download data into Excel, perform VLookups, and create Pivot Tables and charts.
  • Understanding of the trafficking and website tagging process.
  • Understanding of the ins and outs of Google Analytics and having a foundational knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
  • Involvement in nurturing client relationships, contributing to strategy, and client presentations.
  • Superb communication skills.
  • Understanding of how to distill a message to its key points.
  • Most importantly, you need a sense of ownership over your managed campaigns.
  • Attention to detail and diligence in execution.
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands‑on capabilities.
  • Analytical, curious and creative mindset.

  • An excellent internet connection is required; you must be able to sustain an hour‑long conference call without any issues.
