We are seeking a talented, energetic student to join the Digital Marketing team in our Milton Office location as a Digital Marketing Co-Op. Duration for this role would be for 4 months (May 2026 – August 2026).

Location: 8024 Esquesing Line, Milton ON L9T 6W3

The hourly pay rate for this position is between the range $21-$25. Compensation is determined based on the student’s academic program, year of study, relevant work experience, job responsibilities, and work location.

What you will be doing:

The role is based out of our Head Office in Milton, ON and reports to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator Co-op , you will support the execution of a variety of digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, social media campaigns, and digital advertising across paid and organic channels. You will assist with coordinating digital content, campaign timelines, and performance tracking to help increase brand awareness, product consideration, and engagement.

This role provides hands‑on exposure to the full digital marketing lifecycle, from campaign planning and execution to reporting and optimization, while working closely with cross‑functional marketing, product, sales and technical teams.

Main job tasks:

  • Assist with the execution of digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, product consideration, and engagement across the U.S. and Canada.

  • Support the creation and optimization of website content, and experiences that help guide customers through the buyer journey and product education.

  • Help coordinate website updates, SEO initiatives, and digital content, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.

  • Support the planning and monitoring of social media and digital advertising campaigns across paid and organic channels.

  • Assist with tracking campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, and helping the team identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate with external partners and internal teams, including brand, digital, channel, product management, and communications, to ensure projects are delivered on time and messaging is consistent.

  • Gain hands‑on experience across a variety of digital marketing activities and learn how digital strategy drives measurable business results.

What you bring:

  • Pursuing a post‑secondary university degree or college diploma in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

  • Course work includes creating and presenting business cases for strategic marketing campaigns, promotion and communications strategies, and market analysis.

  • Exceptional communication, project management, presentation, interpersonal and excellent attention to detail.

  • Strong time management skills and organizational skills, with the ability to track and manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and related computer skills; Photoshop and video editing skills are a plus.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, Google Analytics, or CRM tools) is an asset.
