About the Role

We’re looking for a curious, problem‑solving junior DevOps professional who enjoys troubleshooting and “solving puzzles.” This is a support‑focused role (not building new pipelines). You’ll work on the enterprise DevOps platform (Helios) to help developers diagnose and resolve CI/CD pipeline issues, code errors, deployment failures, and security scanning problems.

What You’ll Do
  • Triage and resolve support tickets related to CI/CD pipelines and deployments
  • Investigate build failures, code errors, and deployment issues
  • Support developers using the Helios platform and integrated tools
  • Collaborate with multiple internal dev teams to drive issues to resolution
  • Document findings, recurring issues, and recommended fixes

Skills and Requirements
Must‑Haves
  • Developer background
  • 1-2 Development experience either in school or working experience equivalent
  • Solid understanding of GitHub/Git and CI/CD concepts
  • Ability to read/debug code to identify where a pipeline fails (any modern language)
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset, attention to detail, and customer focus
  • Comfort working in a support‑only capacity (not building pipelines) Exposure to GitHub Actions, Jenkins, UCD, or Octopus Deploy
  • Familiarity with security/quality tools (Snyk, SonarQube, DAST)
  • Experience with artifact tools (e.g., Artifactory/Rfactory)
  • Cloud basics (Azure preferred)
