Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Desktop Technician (level 2).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 2016 and Microsoft 365 (O365).
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.

• Interact professionally with all staff focusing on customer satisfaction.
