Overview

Maintenance personnel are responsible for ensuring that our rooms, infrastructure and amenities are operating at maximum efficiency. You will be dealing with all manner of maintenance tasks ranging from painting/decorating through to plumbing and electrical.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the ongoing maintenance of all hotel properties including guest rooms, pools, hot tubs, front and back offices and exterior areas
• Maintaining and storing equipment in a safe and orderly manner
• Painting, light carpentry, and repairs
• Answering guest requests for repairs
• Coordinating across departments to ensure smooth operation of the hotel
• Completing job task lists daily
• Other tasks as required

Work Conditions
