Job summary

A recruitment firm is seeking a Data Analyst to perform data profiling and analysis. The ideal candidate will have SQL skills and a background in data profiling. The position is located in Toronto, but out-of-town candidates are welcomed with transportation expenses covered. This opportunity is part of a 2-3 year contract term with application options available online.

Our client, a large corporation, has engaged ROSS (www.getROSS.com) to help them recruit Data Analysts. ROSS is a team of People Specialists helping companies align their People Strategy with their business growth. We provide remote or onsite HR and Recruitment solutions such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Recruitment Augmentation complimented by leading edge open-source HRIS software.

Requirements

• 2-3 Year Contract Term
• Perform profile of source system data with Informatica Data Explorer for each source file and table.
• Experience with IDE not required but general knowledge of data profiling is required
• Analyze results of profiling to determine unique identifier for each source row/record
• Confirm Data types
• Create Report Data Mapping
• ID nullability etc
• Understanding of LDM/PDM
• SQL skills
• Strong Communication Skills
• Location: Toronto. However, client will consider paying transportation expenses for out of town individuals.
