Responsibilities

• Develop and implement organizational change management strategies to enhance employee adoption of cybersecurity initiatives
• Coach and support leaders to act as organizational change agents within their teams
• Provide consultative expertise to project teams, integrating change management activities into project plans
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships to influence and drive organizational initiatives
• Create change deliverables such as trainings, articles, and communications tailored to various stakeholders

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as an Organizational Change Management Consultant/Lead
• 3+ years of technical experience in the Cybersecurity field
• Proven experience working closely with large Cyber Security technology teams with enterprise-wide impact
• Passion for contributing to an organization committed to enhancing consumer experiences
• PROSCI-Certified Change Management Practitioner

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a Technical Field
• CISM, CISSP, CEH, or similar certification
