What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a focus on problem-solving
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- A quiet, distraction-free work environment at home
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Technical support experience
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- A desktop or laptop for completing PC and internet testing
