Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent, 40 hours per week; Shift: 13:00 – 22:00 (Day/Evening)

Salary: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (to be negotiated)

Responsibilities
  • Answer inquiries and provide information to customers.
  • Explain the type and cost of services offered.
  • Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services.
  • Receive and log complaints.
  • Sell merchandise.
Qualifications and Requirements

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years; type of experience: Call centre.

Computer and technology knowledge: Internet.
