Role: Customer Service Representative
Location: St. Marys, ON
Hours/Shift: Full-time, 100% on-site, includes one mandatory half‑day Saturday per month and rotating holiday coverage
Vacancy Type: Replacement
In this role, you will own the full customer experience for your assigned Poultry customer base. You will manage end‑to‑end feed program execution—using multiple systems (including M3) to analyze data, anticipate upcoming orders, plan production needs, coordinate with operations and sales, and proactively reach out to customers when feed levels are low. You will apply a highly analytical and detail‑focused approach to ensure accuracy, reliability, and strong cross‑functional alignment. You will represent Trouw Nutrition with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication, delivering both good and difficult news when required, while continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and service.
You are someone who takes ownership of your work, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and excels at juggling multiple priorities with accuracy and composure. You combine strong analytical capabilities with excellent relationship‑building skills, and you’re confident working independently while collaborating effectively with production, logistics, sales, and other internal partners.
