We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Administrative Clerk. You will combine administrative skills with experience delivering outstanding customer service.

If you are customer-focused and have experience establishing procedures to ensure client satisfaction, then this is the role for you!

About the Role
  • Provide professional support to customers by phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process and manage customer order, invoices, returns, and refunds.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our systems.
  • Assist with general office responsibilities, including filing, data entry, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare reports and other administrative documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office operations and customer service strategies.
About You
  • High school diploma required, additional education or certifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and Outlook).
  • Experience in a customer service and administrative role.
  • Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests.
  • Proficiency in establishing procedures to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Experience documenting customer issues in detail.
  • The ability to lift and carry weights up to 40 lbs (18 kgs).
  • Hours available to casual employees will depend on the operational requirements of the department and are scheduled in accordance with the Collective Agreement based on an employee’s seniority and availability.
  • This job is part of a union, requiring payment of union dues, which is currently 1.35% of your gross earnings.
