Job Description
Day‑to‑Day Job Activities
Customer Service
  • Greet and assist customers at the rental counter and over the phone.
  • Provide clear, friendly, and efficient service.
  • Support customers with questions, rental needs, and general inquiries.
Sales & Rental Support
  • Assist with inside sales for products, services, and equipment rentals.
  • Prepare and process rental and sales contracts.
  • Handle equipment returns and close rental agreements.
  • Look up equipment information through company systems.
Purchasing & Administration
  • Assist with purchase order entry and tracking.
  • Keep paperwork organized and up to date to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
Experience Required
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Must understand construction phases, job situations, and project conditions for timing of approaching customer and rental products application suggestions.
  • Comfort working in a fast‑paced setting with shifting priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.
  • Willingness to learn about equipment, product features, and rental applications.
  • Shift availability; professional appearance required.
