Coordinate Front End operations to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience and driving customer loyalty. You will ensure compliance with Company programs while maintaining operational standards for safety and efficiency.
Your responsibilities include confirming that safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed (lifting techniques, area cleanliness, evacuations, emergency codes, theft prevention). You will manage customer and associate concerns, monitor all associates in the register area to ensure adequate coverage, coordinate breaks, and support checkout lanes as needed.
