Responsibilities
  • Manage telephone enquiries professionally and reply all enquiries on timely basis.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Handle all after-sales enquiries including bookings on WhatsApp via CRM system.
  • Liaise with relevant departments and customers to ensure the post sales coating are scheduled, coordinated and followed up accordingly.
  • Create and update customers’ data and information via CRM.
  • Familiarize with CRM system and utilize effectively to engage customers.
  • Any other duties assigned by the management
Job Requirements

  • 2 years\' or more experience in Customer service related positions.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English Service-oriented
  • Proficient in Ms Office and expected to attain proficiency in CRM system.
