- Manage telephone enquiries professionally and reply to all enquiries on a timely basis.

- Liaise with relevant departments and customers to ensure the post sales coating are scheduled, coordinated and followed up accordingly.
- Create and update customers’ data and information via CRM.
- Familiarize with CRM system and utilize effectively to engage customers.
- Any other duties assigned by the management
Job Requirements
- Higher Nitec & Above.
- 2 years\' or more experience in Customer service related positions.

- Proficient in Ms Office and expected to attain proficiency in CRM system.
