HappyTails Pet Resort & Spa is a family owned small business that offers dog daycare, dog grooming as well as dog and cat hotel.

HappyTails Pet Resort & Spa is looking to hire upbeat, confident dog lovers at our Samborski location. MUST HAVE VALID LICENSE & RELIABLE VEHICLE, LOCATION IS NOT ON A BUS ROUTE.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Checking dogs and cats in and out for daycare, hotel and grooming services
  • Giving detailed explanations about services, policies and behavioural notes
  • Communicating effectively written and verbally with team members
  • Maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility
  • Picking up and cleaning up after the dogs and cats
  • Observing body language and supervising a group of dogs to ensure safety

Must have excellent customer service skills and strong team work ethic. Must have a drive to work independently and be detail oriented. Previous PROFESSIONAL pet care experience is a serious asset (boarding, daycare, shelter, veterinary clinic, pet store, etc), owning a pet or pet sitting is not professional experience.

Candidates must be able to start ASAP.

Shifts run in 8‑hour increments between 6am‑10pm but will mostly be 2pm‑10pm.
