Overview

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and looking to grow within a dynamic team? We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Services Advisor for a temporary 4 months assignment to join our branch location in Clairmont, AB. If you enjoy being the first point of contact and building positive relationships with customers, we would love to hear from you!

This candidate will be filing and uploading invoices while assisting with reconciliations of accounts. The ideal candidate will also enter in payroll for technicians, open and close work orders, and deliver updates to customers. The candidate will need to have a HS diploma. Speaking good English is necessary in this role.

Work Schedule

8 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact with customers either on the phone or at the branch, developing positive relationships with key customers.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Assess customers' needs and gather pertinent information.
  • Work Order Creation: Create basic work orders in appropriate systems.
  • Status Updates: Provide status updates to customers as requested.
