Compensation:
  • $19.50 - $21 / hour
  • Great Quarterly Bonus up to $2,100 a year

Position Overview

As a Client Experience Manager, you would be responsible for maintaining XYZ Storage's reputation for unparalleled customer service. In addition to assisting customers and renting storage units, you would also help with daily operations, and sales.

There are three primary components to the Client Experience Manager position:

Client Service
  • Showing customers available storage units
  • Renting units
  • Selling merchandise and services.
Facility Operation
  • Open and close the facility
  • Keeping all areas clean and presentable.
  • Performing locker checks
  • Cleaning the office and kitchen
  • Ensuring trucks are well maintained, cleaned and parked in an orderly fashion.
Sales

In this position, Sales skills are needed along with the ability to convey to potential customers why we are the best as they may be shopping around. Our preferred candidates portrays confidence, and are quick to ascertain the needs of our leads, and can quickly sell our features and close the sale.
