This role involves managing customer orders, ensuring accuracy in billing, and providing excellent service. Name and description of the hiring department : The candidate will work with multiple systems to process orders for equipment and services, communicate with customers to answer service requests, clarify order details, contracts, and invoices, ensure delivery of equipment and services, and continuously update customer order data.
