Customer Experience Support (Contract)

As our Customer Experience Support Contractor you will help maintain a high-quality experience for our customers, creators, and community across multiple channels through our busy season.

This is a temporary, part-time contractor role at 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The position is based in Vancouver, Canada (Pacific Time) and fully remote. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Community Marketing. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

This is a 3 month contract expected to start in December. The distribution of the 20 weekly hours is flexible for the right candidate.

How You Will Support Our Mission (Responsibilities):

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Consumer facing email support to ensure accurate, consistent and on-brand responses for a smooth customer experience
  • Responding to and publishing customer reviews across various eComm platforms
  • Monitoring and responding to social media communications, maintain community engagement and brand reputation
  • Influencer and affiliate support, including vetting, communication, follow-ups, and tracking
  • Software cleanup tasks to help maintain organized, up-to-date systems
  • Ad hoc customer support and marketing admin tasks as needed
What You Bring (Qualifications & Experience):
  • Organized, reliable, and great at managing your time
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, digital environment
  • Strong in written communication with an eye for tone and detail
  • Familiar with basic customer support tools and platforms (experience with email support systems, social platforms, or CRM tools is a plus)
  • Flexible and willing to jump into a variety of tasks
Compensation:

The approximate compensation for this position is $20.00/hour - $25.00/hour. The actual compensation will be based on various factors, including the candidate’s level of skills, experience and education aligned with the needs of the role, budget and market.
