A local grocery store in Calgary is seeking a Customer Engagement Manager. The successful candidate will lead a team, manage daily operations, and ensure customers are well-informed about products. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of management experience in the grocery industry and a deep understanding of natural foods.
The Customer Engagement Manager is responsible for the daily operations and management of the Customer Engagement department within the store. The role ensures customers are served by the department staff, leave educated on the products within the store, and receive answers to their questions.
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Customer Engagement Manager works directly with the store operations team and store staff. They play a key role in the store operations team, working closely with other Department Managers. They also work with Senior Managers in respect to their functional area, including the Finance Manager, Customer Experience Manager, Marketing Manager and Category Managers.
