As part of our continuing growth in this high technology market, Teledyne Digital Imaging Inc. is recruiting for a Credit and Collections Administrator in Waterloo!
In this role, you will have a limited range of responsibility for multiple support functions:
Accurately post daily payments to SAP.
Perform uploads into customer portals and related follow up.
Post intercompany re-charges.
Run credit reports.
Follow procedures and ensure accuracy of work.
Participate in month-end close process.
Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
Advanced level Excel skills, comfort working in multiple reports simultaneously.
Demonstrated abilities in organization and time management.
Success in a fast-paced environment.
A strong communicator who can multi-task.
A problem-solver who embraces changing environments.
Motivated to be successful in a remote environment.
SAP experience.
Knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, SOX.
Experience with publicly traded companies.
