• 5+ years’ experience underwriting Multi-Unit Residential mortgages with CMHC understanding.
• 5+ years’ commercial real estate account management experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stewardship of the bank’s MUR mortgage portfolio.
• Perform annual surveillance on all MUR mortgage files.
• Review origination documents and approve mortgages.
• Provide credit underwriting support for commercial loans.
• Liaise with mortgage origination partners.
