Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route, ensuring every shipment meets FedEx Canada’s standards of service. You’ll check shipments for conformance and deliver exceptional customer support at each stop.

About the role: Courier-36 Driver

You will operate a delivery vehicle to pick up and drop off packages, verifying each shipment against FedEx service features. You’ll maneuver heavy packages safely—lifting up to 70 lbs and using equipment for larger loads—and achieve required performance on pre-placement driver assessments.

Collaborate with dispatch and customer teams to resolve delivery issues, comply with Canadian Customs regulations, and maintain clear communication. Your strong time management and organizational skills will keep your route running smoothly.
