Responsibilities

• Follow Refund Automation procedures according to company guidelines.
• Complete all defective slips.
• Assist customers with information, refunds, exchanges, and directions.
• Maintain sales tax exempt records.
• Send damaged merchandise to Claims for processing.
• Verify returned merchandise against refund slips prior to being returned to the sales floor.
• Ensure all items are scanned correctly before being returned to the sales floor.
