Responsibilities
  • Ensure all the legal compliance is done; starting from drafting, verification, and finalizing.
  • Analyze and review company business agreements.
  • Assist to provide legal advice and guidance on all kinds of legal matters related to the business process to business units.
  • Assist in the management of permits through OSS to the relevant institutions.
  • Provide legal advice, opinions, and legal assistance for work units that need to be associated with simple or routine transactions to ensure that the company\'s interests are fulfilled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate legal risks to the organization.
  • Handle litigation and non-litigation cases.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s / Master\'s degree in Law, preferably in Corporate or Business Law from a reputable university.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in legal-related work, proficient in handling corporate legal actions.
  • Deep knowledge of Collection law and procedures in Indonesia.
  • Proficient in English both oral and written.
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and a good team player.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide clear and practical legal advice.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Holder of advocate license from Indonesian BAR association PERADI is a MUST.
