Overview

Hi-Tech has been at the forefront of digital imaging solutions in the Peace Region for more than 35 years. We have been recognized as one of Canada’s employee recommended workplaces. Hi-Tech is currently looking for a permanent full-time Copier Sales Account Manager.

As a Copier Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for owning, managing, and driving the full sales process from the first contact through closing new sales. The position requires strong prospecting, effective communication, presentation, and closing skills. We are looking for someone dedicated, responsible, conscientious, and sociable to develop strong partnerships with our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Find and close deals with an outgoing, personable, and passionate approach.
  • Develop and pursue sales strategies aimed at protecting Hi-Tech Business Systems base and finding net new business opportunities in your region.
  • Manage and grow current customers in the territory.
  • Identify and acquire new customers via cold calling, prospecting, and developing new business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Maintain accurate information of activities, next steps, probabilities, communications, and forecasting within the Saleschain CRM.
  • Conduct client introductions, face-to-face and/or video meetings; prepare presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and value propositions to assigned accounts.
  • Develop sales strategies for new clients, including identifying target markets and creating presentations to showcase product offerings.
  • Lead the development of an ongoing account plan in collaboration with other team members, considering marketing strategy and client business objectives for major accounts.

Qualifications

  • Copier equipment knowledge is a benefit.
  • Experience with growth of existing customers.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
  • Base salary + UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS; vehicle allowance.
  • Company issued phone and laptop.
  • Benefits – Health & Dental coverage provided after 3 months of employment.
  • RRSP Matching – provided after 3 months of employment.
  • Paid vacation after 1 year of employment.
Work Hours and Travel

Office hours are Monday to Friday – 8am – 5pm. Travel is required for this position and could include overnight stays in the Peace Region.
