Your Opportunity

Reporting to the National Manager, CPA Student Programs, the Coordinator, CPA Program provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to CPA students across the firm. This is a new role which will help ensure smooth processes for practical experience reporting, education tracking, and CFE preparation activities.

You will support the overall administration of 170+ Pre-Approved Programs (PPRs) and assist with delivering a positive, organized experience for CPA students, mentors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to the CPA Student Programs team, including responding to student questions through shared inboxes and AssistMe tickets.
  • Assist CPA students and mentors with basic guidance related to practical experience reporting (PERT) and onboarding activities.
  • Perform routine PERT administration such as enrollments, data checks, updating employment information, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support the annual CPA Program Monitoring process by coordinating documentation, tracking requirements, and assisting with compliance activities across all programs.
  • Maintain tracking of CPA PEP candidates and help consolidate module exam results on a quarterly basis.
  • Assist with CFE Prep logistics, including coordinating Densmore enrollments, scheduling information sessions, managing skill‑drill/event communications, organizing CFE Coach pairings, and supporting case review administration.
  • Assist with information gathering and validating firm‑wide CFE results for distribution on CFE Results Days in August and November/December.
  • Coordinate internal communication and follow‑ups with local offices and cross‑functional stakeholders as required.
  • Provide general administrative coordination for meetings, reporting, and ongoing program operations.
  • Facilitate CPA student orientation and regular information sessions for both co‑op and full‑time employees.

Your Experience & Qualifications
  • Post‑secondary education in business administration, office administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Client‑service mindset with the ability to work with employees at all levels.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with PERT or CPA programs is an asset.
  • Experienced working with data, spreadsheets, and a variety of digital tools to support reporting and tracking.

The expected range of compensation for this role is $51,000 to $77,000 annually.
