Job summary

  • Maintain a clean work environment to prevent food contamination.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food supplies; order kitchen supplies and equipment.
  • Manage kitchen operations and coordinate food orders.
