Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all vendor invoices in the accounting system.
• Liaise with and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Work closely with internal department heads for invoice approvals.
• Maintain supporting documents for audits.
• Generate sales invoices promptly.
• Perform daily cash management duties.
• Support accounts receivables by following up on overdue payments.
• Assist with month-end close activities.
