We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Contract and Marketing Administrator to drive growth, streamline our contract and customer management, cultivate our industrial client base, and enhance market visibility.

About the Role: The Contract and Marketing Administrator will support the day-to-day operations of our contract and marketing departments. This hybrid role includes reviewing and managing contract documentation, tracking key deadlines, coordinating internal approvals, and assisting with marketing initiatives and content coordination, managing the prequalification process for key projects, and building our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and manage various agreements including NDAs, service contracts, and vendor agreements.
  • Maintain a central database of contracts, ensuring version control and proper filing.
  • Monitor and track contract milestones, expiration dates, and renewal timelines.
  • Coordinate internal approval workflows and ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Support procurement and vendor and customer onboarding processes.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Digital presence: Manage and update our company website and execute a content strategy on social media to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Project prequalification: Take full ownership of the prequalification process, completing and submitting required forms and documentation for industrial and institutional projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
Qualifications

  • Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in contract administration, marketing coordination, or a similar administrative role.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or contract management tools (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign, Salesforce).
  • Basic understanding of contract terms and marketing principles is a plus.
