Job description

This Contract, Commercial Contract Analyst will be supporting Commercial Commodities Contracts team and their requirement to execute the Legal Entity Optimization (LEO) program. This includes being accountable for reviewing, drafting and applying LEO changes to various agreements including but not limited to, crude oil, NGL, natural gas, refined products related commodity agreements, as well as guarantees, assignments, and other various agreements with multiple internal and external stakeholders. The deliverables support readiness for the go-live date for commercial activities.

Deliverables
  • Administrative duties related to contract management.
  • Team support.
  • Provide support for negotiations.
Responsibilities
  • Performing a range of general administrative duties to ensure effective support is provided to the Commercial Commodity Contracts team.
  • Scoping and analysis of crude oil, natural gas, NGL, refined products purchase and sale agreements. This includes, but is not limited to, General Terms and Conditions and Master Agreements.
  • Scoping and analysis of credit support documentation including parental guarantees.
  • Creating, updating, revising, and tracking amounts of large data regarding business stakeholder information.
  • Provides support to internal and external business stakeholders with communications and negotiations and timely execution of various commodities related agreements.
  • Coordinates with Front Office and its support functions such as Credit, Legal, Tax, Accounting, Insurance, Customs and Risk Compliance to: review, negotiate and amend various commodities purchase and sale agreements.
