Job summary

A leading dairy company in Toronto is seeking a Continuous Improvement Project Manager – Inventory and Operations to enhance warehousing operations. You will implement improvement programs, analyze processes, and promote a culture of efficiency. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering, has 5-7 years experience in the dairy industry, and possesses Lean Six Sigma certification. This role is on-site, contributing to operational excellence and reducing costs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in the dairy industry, in a unionised environment.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing effective change management initiatives.
  • Familiarity with A3 processes, Kepner‑Tregoe, PDCA, and related frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Promote a strong culture of continuous improvement by identifying operational issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate updates on operational changes.
  • Develop and lead improvement initiatives such as Kaizen workshops.

Skills

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Strong oral and written communication skills
