Overview

Our Client, an industry leader in continuous materials processing, has recently expanded its North American operations and is seeking a highly capable Continuous Improvement Manager to take the helm of 2 production facilities.

The Continuous Improvement Manager drives operational excellence by leading initiatives to enhance efficiency, optimize processes, and reduce waste across manufacturing operations. Using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, this role focuses on analyzing workflows, developing and implementing improvement strategies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve manufacturing efficiency and performance.
  • Train and coach teams on CI principles and best practices.
  • Utilize data and KPIs to measure progress and drive decision-making.
  • Ensure alignment of improvement initiatives with business goals.
