Whether it’s repairing a fire-damaged home or rebuilding a flooded business, your craftsmanship will help families and property owners move forward.

As a Construction/Carpenter, you’ll be a key member of our rebuild team, bringing precision, care, and leadership to every job. You’ll work on a variety of interior and exterior projects—from drywall and trim to decks and siding—making a real difference in the lives of those we serve.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform finishing work including drywall, painting, trim, and cabinet repairs.
  • Apply stipple and texturing as part of finishing work.
  • Replace kickboards, gables, and other structural elements.
  • Install doors, windows, and other fixtures.
  • Complete exterior repairs including siding, roofing, stucco, soffits, fascia, decks, and fences.
  • Lead small teams or work independently to complete rebuild projects.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support emergency remediation work.
